How Green Is This 
I heard that Kathleen Wynne is building some of these giant toxic wind turbines beside a camp for children with terminal cancerIs this the priority of the liberal party? To deny these poor children there last chance in life to enjoy nature just disgusting! And to think they are doing this just so some wind turbine executives from Florida can get rich. I wonder how much of this turbine money is ending up in the pockets of the liberal party. How many friends of the Liberal party have investments in these turbine companies. The Liberal’s are destroying the beauty and natural heritage of rural Ontario for their own selfish greed. Why are we letting them get away with this? Why don’t we fight back?

Don’t ever let the McWynnty Liberals tell you they created the Green energy Act to reduce Co2 emissions in Ontario.The Ontario government has marked the closing of the province’s last coal-fired electricity plant with new legislation banning the use of coal in power generation.
The legislation states that coal is banned in the use of power generation, so why is this same government allowing millions of tons of coal to be burned to produce the concrete bases needed to generate wind power? Isn’t this directly using coal to produce power?
The cement industry accounts for around 5% to 8% of global carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions. It produces a material so ubiquitous it is nearly invisible.
A single turbine by Nextera requires 800 tons of cement concrete for each base. Each base will require 3670 million BTU’s of energy to be consumed which is equivalent to burning 32,000 pounds of coal for a single wind turbine!
It will also produce 800 tons of Co2. How is this helping the environment?
And remember, this does not account for all the Co2 emissions from the trucks to transport the cement to the production plant and then to the turbine locations. Also, co2 is not the only emission for cement production.
Heavy metal and toxic substance are also emitted into the air with, thallium, cadmium and mercury being the most toxic.
The toxic chemicals and heavy metals in the cement will poison our water because the wind turbine bases are left in the ground over our DRINKING WATER SOURCE AQUIFERS!
The public is paying a steep price for the Liberal’s corrupt Green Energy plan with poisoned water, polluted air, and increased risks to our health and our children’s health.

The PC party is the only party that has consistently fought against the Green Energy and Green Economy Act. Andrea Horwath and the NDP members have, on several occasions, supported the present government when votes on a moratorium of wind turbine construction have been held. As a result, wind turbines continue to be erected. More people will suffer ill health because of proximity to the turbines. All of us will pay more for electricity and all the other problems associated with this dirty business will increase. Don’t count on Andrea Horwath to support your objections to industrial wind turbines. I wrote to her in May of 2013. I have received no reply.

We have also contacted her about this issue as well, also about her commitment to not support a budget unless they DIDN’T put HST on utilities. she didn’t reply to either email.
She at least could have had one of her minions that writes her letters do a response.
