IWT’s Resistance Groups of Ontario,
We have an important question for you and your community.
We hope you will take a few minutes to give this some serious thought and will get back to me with your answer.
Is your community ready to give up the fight to save rural Ontario from Industrial Wind Turbines or do you feel ready and motivated to help unite Ontario in this important struggle to get back our municipal rights?
We need to let the Wynne government know that we will not get used to them, nor will we give up. Rather, we will continue to unite and fight together.
Currently we are seeking leave to appeal a judicial review that we launched after our Environmental Review Tribunal was dismissed.
Perhaps your community is in the same position. You’ve lost your ERT and are wondering, “What next?”
Perhaps you already have turbines churning over your heads, a mere 550 metres from your homes and farms.
Or maybe you are like us and are watching your own neighbourhood change from a quiet rural environment to an electrical generating facility. Finally, you may be turbine-free, but could have land owners signing leases with wind companies and you may not even be aware of it.
D.A.C.E.S. is formulating a plan to fight this travesty on a provincial level.
Our legal team is working out the details whereby as many Ontario groups as possible step out in a united front and head to court in a bigger, unified legal action with the aim to stop this unnecessary wind development.
DACES wants to do this economically and with many groups united, it is expected we will keep costs down. We believe this new action will complement other legal cases that are already underway.
No need to commit just now. I need to know how many groups have an interest in this kind of action in order to proceed.
Details will be coming shortly as soon as I know the interest is there.
Kindly consult your folks and send me back a short email.
A simple “YES” or “NO” would be much appreciated.
We look forward to hearing from you.

Thank you for your consideration.
